- While we back up WellBook data regularly, Wellbook is not liable for any loss of data in your account.
- You will not upload material to Wellbook that is considered illegal either in the United States or in the country of your residence.
- You will not upload material to Wellbook that is pornographic in nature, or that is generally considered offensive or inflammatory.
- You will not upload copyrighted material to Wellbook that you do not hold the copyright for.
- You will only use Wellbook for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You will only use user-uploaded material for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You will not stalk, harass, threaten or harm any Wellbook user using the service.
Wellbook will not sell your e-mail address or account data to 3rd parties.
